If you get someone to refer you its 42000 BA miles for you and they receive 22000. There is a thread on here about it just search airmiles and the thread is '42,000 BA miles for £300'. My friend has just referred me and I'm awaiting for approval. Im sure he'd be more then happy to refer you! I'm sure anyone would!
