If your ticket is CO stock and CO metal, this is always a ticket out of sync issue - the Elite Desk should fix it in a few seconds....any airport agent should be able to fix it too.
If you're on a CO ticket with UA segments that upgrade, the problem is different - apparently they re-issue the ticket when the upgrade clears which messes up our reservations. I had it happen to me last night - landing at EWR, I could not redisplay my connecting boarding pass on the phone and re-running OLCI resulted in seeing two reservations because my first return segment operated by UA cleared the upgrade.
The phone agent could not fix it, but luckily due to a connection delay I had time to stop by the PC where the agent gave me my connecting boarding pass.
What a ridiculous hassle. Like a few extra EQM for the wrong fare class is so tragic they need to put us through this?
