At one point or another, I have been upgraded to a suite at all of the hotels in the Bay Area, including Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf. My best luck has been at the Palace -- at least a 50% success rate.
During the New Year's weekend, however, I doubt many folks will be offered an upgrade.
And, since W Silicon Valley already is all suites ... I can't be sure if I was upgraded or not.

IMHO...I think you should given William the confirmation numbers, so he can research who made the reservations for you .... and have the person severely reprimanded or fired.

And while he's at it .... your account balance should be erased to 0 .... or banned from the program altogether.
That's is an unconscinable thing to do. This goes beyond exploiting the system. This is an abuse of the system.
