The problem I usually have at RDU is that the baggage handlers appear to be colorblind. That would be the only logical explanation for their inability to recognize the yellow tags. Sometimes, I swear, all the bags will come out except the yellow tags. There will be a break, and the yellow tags finally arrive.

I've gone into the baggage office about this enough times that the guy there knows who I am and why I'm walking into his office.

The last time, I filmed the other bags, with baggage tag showing that those were on my flight. Sometimes I'm in a rush, and this is time wasted. Other times, I've got time to kill, so I go point it out.

It's not that I go to RDU that often, it's that it always happens.
