With AA, my WT+ mileage has always credited correctly (10% mileage bonus, 1.5x EQP) on MFU tickets. I don't think you should have too much trouble, especially since QF has a PE cabin of its own.
Sounds promising for me then. I hope I don't have to retro-credit, but QF retro-crediting is usually not too awkward (I can do it all by email), so if it doesn't, I can still live with that. I just don't know if it shows up as "non-qualifying" flight due to WT+ + Upgradios on QF system due to the new booking class post-Upgradios-at-the-time-of-booking. Well if they flat refuse for some reason, I'll have BAEC to credit to anyway!
