Yes, the one way regular fare is 260 swedish crowns, but there are lots of reductions available (small groups, weekends, and the usual students, pensioners etc.). Problem seems to be that the company that built up Arlanda Express has a long-term contract that excludes every competition. There's still the express bus which is cheaper and reasonably fast.
