Similar to my arrival at DTW from ORD last Thursday. Short story: landing, waited 30 minutes for gate, waited 5 minutes for marshall, aircraft parked at the gate, waited another 10 minutes for GA to operate jetbridge, and after all that, waited another 45 minutes for my priority tagged baggages to show up on the belts. I was beyond cranky, 90 minutes on the ground at DTW, longer than the flight itself, what a waste of time.

I did send a complain, not for the SkyPesos, for really for DL to improve ground operations at DTW. I got a standard reply and, of course, a promise of some SkyPesos.
