I got a response back saying that I was not targeted for this offer. I called up to the MR department, the lady on the phone took a look at my account, came back and said that there is a notation on my account that I received correponsdence from the SM that I was not targeted for the offer. I replied back that how can I be targeted when there was no invitation code to enter and it was an open application on the American Express website. The funny thing is that even the website doesn't offer 25k points and yet they credited me with 25k points and not 50k. I tried to dispute it, she claimed they cannot offer it to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said that she would get one on the line for me but that 'they won't be able to give it to you either'. During the transfer I was disconnected.

What course of action should I do next? Send another SM? Call back and speak to another representative? Threaten to cancel?
