Just an update, my traveling partner became ill just before the trip and we were unable to go. UACO, however, was extremely good about everything. In fact I was surprised the CSR suggested asking for a refund and then, within a few days of submitting the request, getting a full refund!! I suppose that might have had something to do with the fact we have spent a lot this year with UACO, but nevertheless I was very surprised and happy.
