WiFi
Enroute on F9 1455 LGA-MKE on an E190 with WiFi as we speak:
(1) $4.95, which based on LGA-MKE being 738 miles I thought was up a tier in price.
(2) WiFi was indicated by a decal next to the door, by seatback pocket cards, and by an F/A announcement.
(3) Connection was relatively simple, but it did require setting up an account before putting in credit card information.
(4) Is responding with decent speed. I've not used WiFi onboard before so I'm not sure how fast "normal" is, however it's not uncomparable to what's often in hotel rooms. Fairly good speed, but not as fast as at home and sometimes a bit hit-and-miss on speed. I pulled up a Youtube music video and it did not come fast enough to play right away beyond the first few seconds. But I paused it for perhaps 45 seconds and it loaded fully, allowing me to play it right through.
I believe we're on N163HQ, with Red Fox on the tail. FYI, this plane is all 2x2 including the Stretch section.
