Switch from Citi AAdvantage?

Here is the situation, I hope some of you might be able to assist. Despite thorough searching, I have found too much information and no good way to put it in terms:

Facts:
-I pay my credit card off every month (average $60k a year)
-I dislike paying annual fees, so the $450 annual fees are not as interesting.
-I am an EXP on AA, have re-qualified every year for 8 years. (90 segments)
-I switch between SPG and HHonors every other stay to stay elite with both. (40/25)
-I have an SPG and HHonors AMEX

My understanding:
-AAdvantage card only earns RDMs, which doesn't help me requalify
-The Elite AA card earns 10k EQMs, but costs 450 a year
-Some credit cards allow you to purchase EQM earning flights as "awards"
-Most credit cards offer "cash back" but are limited to the total amount of $$ back.

What I am looking for is the card that offers the best benefit to me ranked in the following order:
-EQM earning flight tickets
-Cash Back without being limited up to 75k spent a year
-Free Hotel nights with SPG/HHonors or Priority Club third choice.
- Low annual fee

Thanks in advance, and please let me know if I can explain more...
