Is this enough time between flights
(Not sure if i have the right fourm)

Arriving from Paris to Bucarest, 14:15. Then have a 16:25 flight to Tel Aviv.
I won't have luggage. Is this part of SHengen and there is no passport control? and I can check in at the gate? Or i have to go thru Passport control and regular check in. Is this enough time if there is no flight delay that's why i want to know the protocol.
