You can do this in the train station in Seoul, but it may be limited to Asiana and Korean Air.
In other news, I'm really surprised to see people denouncing Athens. It is simple to take the train from the airport to downtown Athens (Syntagma Square) for 8 euros. There is no change involved, it is roughly 45 minutes, and if you get on at the airport where it starts, you'll certainly get a seat. It would be nice if the ticket functioned as a day pass afterwards, but you can't have everything. The one downfall could be the frequency of strikes, I guess.
