Given that the person is looking for a suite at a busy time, I can be 100% certain that the person would not get a suite the last week in December at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf. Miracles can and do happen but if the person is looking for some degree of certainty, I would never recommend that property if you are counting on a suite upgrade.
