The Palace or Le Meridien may be the most likely in the city. W rarely gives suites anymore. Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf never gives suite upgrades--don't even know if they have suites. The Westin Market St only has "suites" that are one big room. Have never got a suite--but get a large room at the Westin St. Francis. At Westin SFO I have only gotten a suite once and they don't have many. The Four Points SFO has bi level suites--not the nicest place in the world but they do have suites. The W Silicon Valley is basically all suites and they are probably not likely to be full for new years.
