Pam, you are quite the extraordinary, knowledgeable, and kind person. Such great and gracious things you are doing...it just blows me away. I know John and Mike appreciate your help, but you should know that the rest of us here (many, I'm sure, like me who have no clue about what to do in this kind of situation) are really grateful that you're here and willing and so helpful.
