i asked Aeroplan that question before "If I dont see the booking class, what mileage will I earn" their response "0"

Nevertheless, if you are persistent enough to keep on bugging AC they may bow in to you.

Once again YMMV

This is not a new issue and would recommend mods to merge with this thread
