Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I have an answer to my question. LR flights credited without trouble. However, the Miles and More Service Team is telling me that my AV flights are not eligible as "because the flight numbers are not covered by our contractual agreement". This is rather funny as their own website does not indicate this and my wife got credited automatically.

Does anyone have any further info on crediting AV flights before I shoot off another email to M&M?
