As SPG Platinum, is there some SPG property in the San Francisco bay area that is more likely to have a suite upgrade available Dec 29th - 31st this year?

Nov 30th - Dec 5th we were in Westin San Fran Market street and now Dec 19th - 21st we are in Westin SFO. Both times no suite upgrade.

A real bummer as I am now spending my restless night in the bathroom, at the insistence of my better half to keep from disturbing her and the baby.

Peninsula, South bay, or city are all open for consideration.

Any advice?
