At both airports; I was charging my laptop. Airport workers told me I was
stealing power. I ignored them. No sense debating the matter. In both
cases, they returned with LE to enforce the directive. Good grief.

Assuming that the airport is paying $0.10/kW-Hr ... fully recharging my laptop
would've cost them a teeny bit more than one [1] penny.
