The ATSB has released their final report on the October 2008 incident where QF74, an Airbus A330, nose-downed twice during cruise near Learmonth, WA.
In short, combination of a single faulty ADIRU, along with a software bug that acted upon the data from that faulty unit despite the other 2 ADIRU's returning valid data.
