Of the airports I've been to in the last year or so:

Best:
TSA (Taipei Songshan) - You're already pretty much right there in the middle of the action, MRT station at airport

Good:
YXD (Edmonton City Centre, i.e. "Muni")
HKG - Unless you happen to get on when everyone is going into the city at the end of a trade fair day
AMS - Best part is being able to go to many places from Schiphol train station rather than having to transfer at Centraal
SFO
CGQ (Changchun) - Used to be horrible before they built the HSR, now it's one of the best
NRT - Keisei and JR both run great services
GMP
ICN
YTZ

Okay:
PEK
PVG
SHA
HND
CPH
SIN - I just take a taxi
ORD
JFK
EWR - Ridiculously cumbersome but at least the train option's there
LHR - Expensive, but that's London
CAN
TPE - Long way from both Taipei and Hsinchu but buses are cheap and plentiful
YVR
YYC - Airport is actually in the city which helps despite deplorable public transportation options
SAN

Bad:
LAX - LA traffic... not to be taken lightly
YYZ
YUL
YNJ (Yanji)
IAH

Horrible:
DEN
YEG (seriously... by the time you drive down there you might as well just keep driving a bit longer to YYC)
