I have an upcoming flight on CO 79 and CO 78 (HKG - SGN / SGN - HKG) and am a little confused about the seating. If I try to compare the seating maps on CO.com and SeatGuru, they all seem to have slightly different info.

The continental website shows that row 7 has extra leg room while the corresponding map on SeatGuru (737-800 Micronesia) shows row 7 as yellow/less desirable.

Does anybody have recent experience with this flight who could comment on the seat selection?
