I'm of the opinion that you still need 50-55 nights, with 3 different IC properties, until there is proof otherwise.
I really wish you were right, but I received a downgrade letter with the following stay history:
85 qualifying nights (including 12 IC nights total among 6 unique IC hotels)
It looks like there has been a change regarding a minimum number of IC nights...but who really knows?
