I also have received more use out of the Eups than the paper certs. Most of my travel is NA on T+ fares. The NAU and SWU were useless and meant that I usually used the SSWU on a west coast trip. This year I was able to upgrade 1 TPAC, 3 west coast and 1 short haul (need to use them by Feb). I should be able to upgrade 2 or 3 more flights before the end of Feb. For people who mainly fly in NA, the program is much better. For INTL I am not so sure.
