Something tells me IT will have no problem enforcing the new voucher policy, but when it's a change that makes sense or makes things easier for customers, I guess it's too much to ask...
don't worry I have posted it is a DELTA IT bug and we can make 1 million free miles with this - now the company spokespeople will be all over this and fix it right away!...... or maybe not
