As an SE, we could IKK any Y seat even if J is not IKKable. So IKK it and have one (short domestic) segment in I. And we would trump everybody on the day of the flight because we have "paid" for the J seat?

Yea thinking the same thing actually but let's see, maybe we can find a rookie concierge who would do this!
