It depends on rank, then fare class, then credit card with the exception of Y fare tickets which all go first by rank.
In other words the order goes like this:
Y Fare: DM, PM, GM, FO (credit card tie breaker)
All other fares: DM, PM, GM, FO, each level sorted by fare, with credit card tie breaker for fare.
So an FO on a Y fare will beat a DM on an M fare. A DM on a U fare is higher than a PM on M fare, but if 2 DMs a have U fare then credit card will break that tie.
I think I got it right - I could be off a little, some of the very low fares and non-rev don't qualify for 'all other fares'.
