The DEN issue is related to the move from the old airport to the new airport -- Some airlines changes their route earnings, some did no. The new UA will pick have a route earning table -- which it will be, I do not know, but since the OP IT system is being rebranded as MP, my guess would be the old OP route earnings will survive.

But there is no way there will be a retroactive restatement -- especially since some route earnings were high but others were lower.
