There are several things that the Delta employees do that we don't hear about. For instance, almost every week, usually on Wednesdays, there is a Delta Military Charter flight that arrives in ATL. A large group Delta employees from all over the airport stop what they are doing and assemble in the International Arrivals area on Concourse E waving flags and welcoming home the Military personnel.

When it comes to the support of the troops, Delta employees are truly "best-in-class"!! ^

I hope to get a chance to join them in the next couple of weeks, and if I do, I will be happy to share the pictures. (I think I have gotten more Gate passes than Boarding passes this year!)
