(2) What types of fares do you usually buy ? Y/W with UG to J or lowest J
(3) How many miles do you usually fly each year? 100k+
(4) Do you have any kind of status at present? What is it? OW Silver, half way to *A gold. With change in Avios program looking to move off of BA/CX mileage use to Asia.
(5) What is most important to you in a FFP? Upgrade to J
(6) Which routes do you fly most often (US Domestic, Transpacific etc) NYC-KUL (but can do BKK or SIN and then AirAsia to KUL)
(7) Preferred Airlines: SQ (obviously) but with A380 only now from NYC rewards have become unaffordable
(8) Do you travel for work or pleasure? Work - my choice of carrier/routing

I've found cheap fares from NYC to KUL on TK which I've taken a couple of times. Have joined Miles and Smiles, but not impressed with online side of program!
