Who knows. They probably planned to take off delayed, but between 10:30 and 11:00 pm and then something went wrong.
According to lufthansa.com and flightstats.com TG923 departed at 22:30 instead of 20:55 yesterday.

However, CA936 to PVG departed at 06:15 Sunday instead of 20:00 Saturday, and LH936 to SIN departed at 11:24 Sunday delayed from 22:05 Saturday.
