You do not get my point Gary. I meant sites like this makes it a tougher job for CX because I can imagine the flood of complains they get about/demanding they get the same treatment as targeted promotions/early upgrades/birthday upgrades, etc. In the past these things are kind of kept quiet and only a handful of people know, but now it seems many people who can open a browser and read this site will know many of the targeted promotions, good wills, and demand that CX give them the same thing. That's what I mean when I said it makes it hard for them.
