Ken- I'm flying back to ORD with bmi but I have to be in London on Tuesday so the direct flight is better for me.

Apart from the check-in the flight was great. I believe bmi will be looking into the situation there. I guess you must be on bmi then?I'll look out for you if I get back to the airport in time. If you're in business then access to the SAS lounge is Ok with the voucher. I suggest you get one even though you are bmi gold it avoids explanations!!

PS The bmi dinner in Manchester was great. I'll fill you in on the details if I see you.
