I am 5'2" can have no problem doing this. Unless the aisle pax is really very tall, there is a space between the end of their foot and the back of the seat in front that is clear and therefore lower for you to cross over.

To be honest, it is no difference to any othe the window seat in business class where you have to hop over to get to the aisle. The privacy you get when the dividers are up is brilliant.
