The ICN flights obviously leave from the dreadful C gates. Physically I know the way from the A to the C gates, but which lounge would you recommend for the transfer? I would prefer one with easy access to a smoker cabin
For that reason the lounge at the c gates seem to be unhandy as you have to leave the security area when you want to go for a cigarette...
C gates may be further away for connecting but they are not dreadful. There are two Business lounges near gates C14-16 and as far as I know they are nicer than other Business lounges in FRA, with direct boarding from the lounge.
I'm afraid I can't answer the question about a smoker cabin.
