Apparently you do because I don't see "Expect automatic upgrades at check-in, including Standard Suites" on your list. These upgrades shouldn't be "if the property feels like it." In other words, if I can purchase the room at the time of check-in, it should be given to me as an upgrade.
Forgive my bluntness, but I'm never annoyed more on FT then when someone posts "if you want F, pay for F" or "if you want a suite, book a suite." These programs have benefits and not just the ones you list and we shouldn't have to pull teeth to get properties to provide these benefits.
