6. Armani bathroom amenities on flight
7. Shower and Swedish massage after International flight in DM access only lounge, after the hot foam shave
8. Multiple 5 course menus selections available 24hrs pre-flight, served on real plates with real utensils.
9. Oskai Deluxe Massage Chairs in F for DM only, no coins needed
10. Designated DM Rep calls me or my Exec Asst to check me in pre flight
11. Garretts popcorn mix, Heberts stuffed chicken, lingonberry crepes in DM lounge, removal of the mini muffins, removal of the SC Lounge bartenders

Delta, scratch 1-11, if you offered #12, I'd be a happy camper. Treat your DM fare paying passengers the best and they will return willingly, they will pay a reasonably higher cost fare for same travel route rather than migrate to other Orbitz located fares.
