Well, I'm not a diamond but I agree it is nice to get good treatment from the employees. Although I must say I was always treated with kindness and respect even before ever having any status. This morning in the C Skyclub in ATL one of the employees told me how nice I looked and couldn't believe I was old enough to enjoy adult beverages. She must have known I was a full Skyclub member and not just AMEX and was trying to flatter me . Anyway, my point is that the little things go a long way!
