Have to say that we were disappointed in the CCR. We had pre-booked 2 cabanas through You First as we are a party of 5.....turned up and was told only 1 was booked. Went through the motions of the pre-booking only to be told that I'd need to take it up with You First.

So we do a tag team of showers.....first two have theirs & they exhaust the stock of two towels......go and ask for more & was dismissed with just ring housekeeping backhand comment. Go back to the room to ring HK only to find no numbers to do so. Got the s*its and went back and demand towels and was sent to the spa to get them myself......walking through the CCR with a stack of towels was not part of my expectations.

Shower was crap....noisy, handicap room that had the ambience of Formular 1 dirt cheap doom.

Staff very stiff & not very helpful....my wife's eggs benidect were undercooked & not edible. They also forgot the order for one of my kids.

IMO, Total amateur operation.
