I agree with what the others have written about contacting AA about this as this simply should not happen. I quoted the above, though, since I really suggest that you get over this part of the "attitude." Sure, you had one bad experience. A comment like the above seems pretty silly in light of one experience (there may be others as well, but I'm sure that the good outweigh the bad by a wide margin as EXP).

I've had similar things happen (not often) on AA, but it doesn't make me "wonder" why I fly them.

OK, back to the unilateral empathy with the situation (and I fit into that category as well )
