Yes, it was our first stay. I asked at check-in for a fountain view, and the clerk said our room had been pre-assigned. He then offered the upgrade for $20 per night more. Maybe I will have better luck next time. FYI we checked in on a Sunday about 1pm. Thinking about going back in January.
