Another question: Within the instructions posted, it is mentioned to "be sure you do this in a way that you don't get hit for any fees....either fully refundable or within 24 hours." I am wondering is an indicator that the additional fees for Flexible Fares or Unrestricted Fares are non-refundable? Or, are these the options you need to select to ensure that you can cancel the ticket?
