called on wednesday to ask to change my status on my PNR and they said they did. went to JFK today and printed my boarding pass that read Platinum on it. Thus, i wasn't upgraded and would have been had EXP been on the boarding pass, per the gate agent who said they had several seats. How long will Plat be on my record as I have another cross country trip next wk? frustraing sitting here in 25b when i could/should have been in biz.
