I've flown LAN Chile into Easter Island as well as Ushuaia. Alaska Airlines to Adak was also pretty far out there.

Believe it or not, The Hawaiian Islands are considered pretty remote as well. I remember a United pilot mentioning that when you're out over the Pacific between LA and HNL, there is no land of any type for over 1000 miles in any direction.
