My last few purchases with FTD showed them extremely unreliable on posting the miles and hard to deal with to get it straigthened out. I had to get AA involved to finally get my miles. Never again with those clowns!

Since then, I have used 1-800-FLOWERS once and that went well, but then again it had gone well with FTD until the last three purchases. FTD is now way too much hassle even if they gave 100 miles for $1.
