1. I understand all catering is completed through the front door. I don't have a problem at all with FA's eating catered meals. I have no idea what Delta protocol is for getting FA's meals back to Coach galley for consumption. I can tell you as a passenger, I'd suggest after FC has ordered their meals (which occurs right after takeoff). So from the "customer value" perception (a). I've ordered my meal (b). Think nothing of an FA walking back two meal trays.

2. This indeed was a single aisle aircraft. There was indeed TWO FA's working FC. Why? I have no idea.

3. My reference to alcohol concerning PDB was to avoid any assumptions that passengers where asking for alcohol at 10:00am EST(although I could care less).

4. In 10 years, I have seen meals taken from the 1st class galley to Coach. However, that has always occurred after FC cabin orders have been placed.

5. I happened to leave my headphones/ear buds connected to my iPod at home. I would have appreciated using "cheap Delta handouts".

Never in my wildest dreams would I ever consider any human being a servant. That's just appalling. What gave you that idea is beyond me.

As I mentioned earlier, FC "customer value" and perception needs to be consistent.
