Not really. It shouldn't be a problem after they move to SHARES. Then they'll all be following the same procedures. Then we'll only have EUA flakiness and other hiccups to worry about. LOL
That said, not being on the upgrade list is a different issue. Since she checked in with another carrier (UA), then the other carrier can't add her to the airport upgrade list for the CO flight.
