and how do we know what the FA took back to Y? Maybe it was specifically just for FA's and not part of the pax meals.
Perhaps the meals were for the FA's only. I have no idea. I've just never seen an FA walk back 2 complete tray meals from 1st class galley before take off.


Once FC has been served, I have seen FA's take meals from the 1st class galley. No problem with that.
