My main concern is can a snow storm put hitting EXP at risk due to rescheduled flights? Or so long as I have the flights booked means that I'm flying that route (at a potentially very delayed time). i
And would AA put up passengers in hotels due to weather, or would that be out of my pocket?
Thanks!
If there is a weather delay, the airlines
IS NOT responsible to accommodate you. This is on you. Plan accordingly. As for the tight connections, it will cause a ripple effect. I myself do not know if the inbound plane will be the same as the outbound, others might chime in on this. Just plan accordingly. Keep in mind that in case of weather disruption, the only hotel at ORD is the Hilton, they have plenty of rooms, but if you decide to stay, act quickly as others will be doing the same.
